Shipping Policy for C GREEN

Thank you for shopping at C GREEN! We are committed to delivering your mobile accessories safely and quickly across Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Timelines
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
Other Towns & Rural Areas: Delivery may take 4 to 6 working days.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and official public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000. For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 to Rs. 250 will apply (this will be calculated at checkout).

3. Order Verification
To maintain security and avoid fake orders, our team may verify your order via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatching. 
Unverified orders or incorrect/incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. 
Customers are requested to pay the exact amount to the courier rider before opening the parcel. 

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
