Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At C GREEN, we want to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 7-Day Checking Warranty
We offer a strict 7-day checking warranty for all mobile accessories from the date of delivery. To claim a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original brand packaging (box/seal intact) along with all components, manuals, and accessories that came with it.
Products showing physical damage, scratches, burns, or signs of usage will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Free gifts or promotional items.
Items purchased on a clearance or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Return Shipping Process & Cost
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning any item to our designated location in Pakistan. 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
We highly recommend using a trackable courier service (like Leopards, TCS, or Trax) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and transferred within 3 to 5 business days via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct Bank Transfer.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges & Defective Items

The product must be in its original brand packaging (box/seal intact) along with all components, manuals, and accessories that came with it.
Products showing physical damage, scratches, burns, or signs of usage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Important for Defective/Damaged Items: 
If you receive a defective, faulty, or wrong product, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim for a defective item, the customer MUST provide a clear video of opening the parcel (Unboxing Video) showing the fault. Without an unboxing video, claims for physical damage or missing items will not be entertained.
